In a world adjusting to the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact it has had on our lives and businesses, our hotels were among the very first in NSW to take returning international travelers into mandated quarantine.
While navigating this very different business of accommodating and caring for guests who are placed in the extreme situation of 14days in isolation in a hotel room, there was also the safety and care of our teams and guests to be considered. So we engaged Challenger Services to clean and sanitize all rooms after quarantine use.
Challengers process of stripping out all rubbish, debris, linens and bedding then sanitizing of touchpoints and finally fogging of all surfaces and areas in the rooms ensures that rooms are thoroughly sanitized for future guests. This also assures our teams know they are safe to enter and work in the room.
Mirco and the team are methodical and organized. When asked to meet a time frame they have never let us down. They are responsive, professional and detailed.
